Preface: In analogy to previous years, in this year’s chapter we can present only 1% of the acquired publications (1,962) according to our search criteria in PubMed in the Yearbook 2025. The last year has again been extremely exciting for the field of obesity and weight regulation and the Yearbook chapter 2025 on obesity and weight regulation comprises selected articles of special interest to Paediatric Endocrinologists covering a broad research area.
